......is a development that will comprise of two houses.  A three bedroom and four bedroom.  Both houses will have state of the art finishings throughout the build with modern kitchens and bathrooms and integral entertainment options. 

Phase two..

......is still in the early planning stage.  Early indications would suggest the site will either be allocated to one large house or a similar two house development to compliment phase 1.

The two phases will complete the development.

There will also be the option to buy amenity land for grazing etc.

This project has a been given the personal touch from the ground up and will definately set the benchmark for our future developments.
